2. Do you make standard sizes?
No. We provide only 100% original fitted mesh clothing for Maitreya and Slink bodies.
3. Why you don't make [mesh body brand] sizes?
In order to comply with the quality standards that we set for ourselves, we provide clothing only for those mesh body brands that support us providing the needed files. We believe that guessing work on fitmesh, beside being extremely time consuming, is not even respectful on your regards.
4. I like that dress but I would like it in another color, can you make it?
We provide clothing in a wide range of colors, we are sorry if you don't find the one you like but at release done we cannot change it on a whim.
5. I bought 2 dresses but I like another one, would you gift it to me?
We appreciate your preference, but unless it is clearly stated on the vendor we do not offer 3x2 bargains and so forth.

1. I bought this item and it was never delivered.
We are sorry if for some reasons this happened to you, please provide us the transaction history of your purchase using this contact form Contact Us♥ and we will be back to you asap.
Contacts through notecard will be accepted too, but for obvious reasons if you rely on this way of contact you state to be aknowledged that notecards often get lost and assisting you could be difficult.
Please refrain to use IMS for this kind of issues because our IMS get capped everyday and get lost very easily.
2. I bought this gift for my friend and it was never delivered.
Every action that you take on our vendors is registered on our online server, on this note we are able to see if the item was really bought as gift or not.
We are really sorry to tell you that if your purchase does not show as a gift on our server we will ignore your request : in the past with several random reasons many customers took advantage of us using this method to dress all their alts, so we are sure you will understand.
3. I accidentally purchased this item twice due lag will you refund me?
As at point 2, we will verify on our server the time gap between the purchases and assist you accordingly.
Accidental double purchases happened withing days will not be considered for obvious reasons.
5. I bought this item with out trying the DEMO and I want a refund.
We are sorry that you are so unhappy with your product but DEMOS are avalaible for every rigged item we sell, we also stress on our advertising, website, marketplace, social media how important it is to always test it out to ensure it satisfy you.
Please refrain to blame us for your carelessness.
6. I bought an item in MP and it was never delivered.
As you know, marketplace deliveries do not rely on our hands but on LL servers. Please contact their official support for getting assistance.
7. I bought this gacha item from a reseller and it is faulty can you assist me?
We cannot assist you on a product that you didn't buy from us first hand, we have no control of the usage that was made of that item before you bought it.
